2011 Goals
Recently, we watched the movie “Meet the Robinson’s” which illustrates an apt theme for this time of year: “Keep Moving Forward.”
– Spiritual Goals:
1) Attend church service at least once a month.
2) Make reading The Message/Bible more consistent on daily basis.
3) Make time to study once a week, one of the readings or lessons or scriptures used in church.
4) Add daily prayer for Cody – learn how to pray for him.
– Financial Goals:
1) Improve budget to fit more accurately our desired spending.
2) Commit more fully to our budget (no fudging).
3) Increase business income to match what I make at UAS by March 31, double it by June 30.
– Educational Goals (Learning):
1) Listen to standing order every week.
2) Read 30 books off the World Wide book-list by the end of 2011.
3) Become a more clear communicator in all situations.
– Recreational Goals (Health):
1) Seek my dream and connect with it – do some dreambuilding activity (including Cody when possible) every day, even if it is just for 5 min.
2) Work up to normal fitness program, building on PT exercises and staying consistent with activity. Create a fitness goal program for the year, with input from Timi, Dr. M, and Fran. (Desired fitness activities: climbing, running, hiking, dancing)
3) Experiment with different activities for mental relaxation, at least once a week, to find out what works best: draw, meditate, go for a walk, deep breathing, thai chi, aromatherapy, sculpture, etc.
